Terms Of Enlistment

Taylor tells Woods not to move and not to panic.
Percell comes back and tells Lt.Goldman that VC are coming and Ruiz and Sgt. Anderson are setting up a hasty ambush.

Taylor says to Lt.Goldman , "let me dig him out, Lt. I think I can do it. I did it once in with a guy up by Chu Lai.
Lt.Goldman replies" You did IT!!" to which Taylor says that well he watched someone.

.Major Darling offers Dr Seymour a teaching post and position as a Major back in the States.
 
 In the E.M. club there is a crowd gathered watching boxing on the TV

 Sgt. Jones asks the guys if they want to drink with a faggot ? Saying that Thayer tried to make a move on him in the john. Later that evening Thayer is found after trying to hang himself.
 
 Sgt.Anderson has decided to propose to Dr Seymour and goes to collect his two moths back pay however there is a problem when he gets to the shop he's $60 short and sells his medals to get the ring he wants.

Thayer is being treated in the hospital and tells Dr. Seymour that Sgt. Jones is blackmailing him because he found out that he was a homosexual after reading his diary. Dr Seymour later finds out that Sgt Jones is a drug user and in debt, she goes to track him down. He pulls a gun on her and she runs, Sgt Anderson and Lt.Goldman find her and Sgt Jones opens fire and Lt.Goldman kills him

 The brass decide to put on a boxing match to take peoples minds of Thayer's attempted suicide and Taylor gets to work hustling and promoting Woods , who isn't keen on boxing but as Taylor saved his life he feels he has to. 

Taylor discovers his fighter has aspirations to be in the Olympics.And has to think fast so that Woods can fight and still be ok to go to the Olympics. He tells Woods , who's been holding back "the ABA sent a telex, You're still an amateur". Woods goes back into the next round and wins by a knockout.

Thanks to Dr Seymour's actions Thayer been released from the dispensary , and comes to say goodbye to Johnson at the boxing match, Thayer tells him that he's on his way to out processing, he's got an early out and a honourable discharge.

 
Sgt. Anderson doesn't propose to Dr Seymour but tells he to take the position and they will be together soon enough,
he watches as she is being sworn in by Major Darling just as she's about to jump on the chopper to whisk her away.
